INK AND TONER REFUND POLICY
All ink and toner sales are final sales. We do offer a lifetime warranty for all our ink and toner products. If our cartridges fail to perform at any time, we will replace the cartridge or issue a credit. You can read more about our Lifetime Warranty HERE.
Family Nest Print Supply is not responsible for damages, delays, lost or stolen packages caused by shipping carriers. The cost of postage cannot be refunded.
CHANGING OR CANCELING YOUR ORDER
Sometimes things happen and you need to change or cancel your order. We understand and are here to help, however, you must contact us immediately! You can contact us at email@example.com. It is our goal to provide fast shipping, and therefore, we strive to process and ship out orders as quickly as possible! If your order has already been processed, we will be unable to make any changes to your order.
If an item should arrive damaged or you were sent the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to submit a claim. For all claims, please provide us with your order number. If you received the wrong item please provide us with a picture of the item you did receive. If you received a damaged or imperfect item, please provide pictures of the damaged product including packaging.
